Robert Delgado is an accomplished music conductor and arranger and has received accolades in the field of music in the Philippines. He holds a degree in Master of Public Administration
and is currently a PhD in Music candidate at the University of the Philippines. He is a member of the music committee of the National Commission for Culture and the Arts and is listed in the CCP Encyclopedia of Philippine Art. He is the founder and President of the National Association of Filipino Choirs.
